What The Vault does
5 things, all of them shipped01Folders with rulesPolicies, minutes, board papers, templates and recordings, each opened to everyone, a tier, or one committee.
02Large files, reliablyConference videos go up in pieces, retrying what drops, so a slow office line still gets there.
03View only, when you mean itRead and watched in the browser without a download, from a link that stops working within the hour.
04A link for anything publicA public item has its own page to share, with a preview that names your organisation.
05Members contributeFiles submitted for review rather than emailed to the secretariat, with who opened what.
