Welcome to WavesPath. In this video we will take a quick tour, so you know where everything lives. When you sign in, you land on Home. The band at the top greets you, tells you what is coming up next, and how many things are waiting on you. On the right is your public page: one link for joining, your events and the member area, ready to copy or share as a QR code.
Under the band, these doors take you straight to each part of the platform: events, members, messages, dues, learning, the vault, committees and more. You only see the doors for the areas you have been given.
Scroll down to Waiting on you. This is your to-do list, built for you: speakers' files to check, applications to decide, and overdue dues. Each line has a button that takes you straight to the fix. Below that, At a glance gives you the headline numbers: active members, registrations this week, dues outstanding and renewals.
Coming up shows your next events with a countdown, and quick links to the agenda and attendance. Lately is a running feed of what has happened, and on the right you will see registrations by event and your recent messages.
On the left is the menu, grouped into Events, People and Organisation. And whenever you are stuck, press Help at the top. You can search the help centre, ask a question, or open a ticket with our support team. Every ticket is answered by a person.
Finally, Settings. The overview shows how far your organisation is set up, with a checklist of what is left, like adding your city, choosing where replies go, and connecting card payments. Each line opens the page that changes it. That is the tour. In the next video, we will set up your organisation.
