Now let us sell tickets. On your event, open Plan, then Registration. Every buyer becomes a verified delegate the moment their payment lands, so your attendee list builds itself. If you have not connected a card account yet, people can still book: their orders are held, and you mark them paid when the money arrives. You can also let people register now and pay later.

To add a ticket, press New ticket.

Give it a name, say what it includes, and set the price and capacity. Zero means no limit. To offer an early-bird price, tick the box, then enter the early price and the last day it applies. Then choose what the ticket admits to: the whole event, certain days, or certain sessions.

Further down, choose who may buy it, such as anyone or members only, and its status. A ticket stays in Draft until you set it to Open. You can also ask the buyer some questions at checkout, like their company or dietary needs. Then press Create ticket.

Your ticket now appears in the list, with its price, its own link, and how many are left. When you are ready to sell, edit it and set it to Open.

Here is a busy event. Each ticket shows how many are sold and left, with buttons to close, edit or delete it. Beside the tickets are tabs for Extras, like a gala dinner, for Discounts, and for Offers.

Open Orders to see every booking, with the total taken, the tickets issued, and anything awaiting payment. An order paid by bank transfer can be marked paid right here.

Open any order to see who booked, what they paid, and each seat on it.

This is the registration page your buyers see. Members get their member rate by opening it from their own member link. Share it from the event's Overview, or embed it on your website. In the next video, we will look at attendees and check-in.
